Annual General Meeting

We warmly invite you to attend our 2025 IWA Annual General Meeting at the Dionysus Greek restaurant!
Please sign up in advance so that we will have an idea of how many people will be attending and can book enough tables.
The IWA Board invites you to enjoy some delicious Greek cuisine as we present our reports on all of the exciting events and developments that took place in 2024, including:
- Club events and activities
- Membership and financial developments
- Charity events
…and an outlook for 2025.
This AGM will also feature elections for a new IWA Board.
You have received an email with details of the candidates. There is still time to stand for a position, see the email for more information.
If you cannot attend the AGM in person, it will be possible for you to cast a vote in the Elections online between March 10-13 (noon). A link will be sent out to all members on March 10.
Also at this event, the General Membership (that’s you and everyone else!) is invited to vote on changes to our German Bylaws, which will keep us consistent with the current BMF regulations. Please review the changes (attached to the email we sent you) in advance of the meeting.
You are also warmly invited to share your feedback, ideas, and any motions for change (please note any motions that you would like to present at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the Executive Board (iwagraz@gmail.com) at least three (3) days before the date of the AGM (that means March 10).
