We are excited to invite you to sign up for our Knödel Workshop, led by Sissi P., a long-time caterer and passionate cook. Explore delicious variations of one of Austria’s most iconic culinary specialties. Sissi will show us how to prepare and cook different types of dumplings based on 3 main ingredients: potatoes, semolina and breadcubes (Semmelknödel), with variations both sweet and savoury. At the end of the workshop, we will sample the delicious results and can take any leftovers home.
If you can’t make it in the morning, we have an alternative workshop on Saturday, Nov 5 from 13.00 to 17.00. The max. number of participants is 10 per workshop (first come, first served). Cost of workshop 20 Euro per person. Please use the signup below:
No experience needed, all ingredients and cooking material will be provided at the parsonage kitchen of the church at Münzgrabenstr. 61. (tram stop “Münzgrabenkirche”)
